Position Overview: Front Office Guest Service Agent
Join us in shaping the successful launch of Brisbane's inaugural voco and Hotel Indigo, crafting memorable experiences that define hospitality excellence. Collaborate with a dynamic Front Office team committed to innovation and guest satisfaction.
Position Requirements:
- Previous front office, reception, or reservations experience within hospitality or similar service environments.
- Proficiency in welcoming and farewelling guests, managing check-in/out processes, and handling guest inquiries via face-to-face, telephone, and email.
- Knowledgeable in providing local activity and event information.
- Flexible team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask effectively, and maintain composure.
- QLD RSA certification required.
