The Company
This leading Brisbane based house builder has a reputation for looking after both its clients and staff which has led to this businesses continued success. Continued growth has now led to the requirement for an experienced House and Land Coordinator to join their friendly team.
The Job
You will take responsibility for liaising and building repour with developer’s sales professionals for land acquisition. As well as house siting for House and Land packages, pricing packages using pre-determined costs, marketing and liaising and repour building with referral partners to ensure they have an adequate stock pipeline.
What you will need
You will be expected to have worked in a similar role and have advanced comprehension of developer’s disclosure plans, Setback Plans and design guidelines. You will be experienced in the use of Campaign Monitor/ Mail Chimp, Smartsheet and have Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Publisher, Word, Excel and Outlook).
