Hi, I would like a quote (including labour and material) for:
(1) painting all interior wall (excluding storage), cornice and ceiling for a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom 1 toilet house, including patch, cracked/peeling paint repair, sand and paint to white, with all edge cut in. Please refer floor plan attached.
(2) repairing & painting rear exterior bargeboard, fascia etc triangle area (see photo), including repair (and/or replace board), patch, sand and paint, matching existing colour
(3) reparing & painting rear window architrave lock patch, sand and paint, matching existing colour
(4) reparing peeling paint & repainting the gutter along one side of the property with matching colour (see photo)
