About the Role
The Houseperson is a crucial role that aides the housekeeping team to ensure that standards of cleanliness are achieved and maintained on a consistent and efficient basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.
Some of the responsibilities include:
-Ensure housekeeping pantries are consistently stocked with supplies
-Empty dirty linen and trash from room attendant carts and take to the appropriate location.
-Check closets and clean as necessary.
-Respond to guest requests in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
-Report any items in need of repair.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
-Housekeeping experience preferred.
-Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time.
-Clear and pleasant communications skills
