We have an exciting ongoing casual opportunity for AN EXPERIENCED HOUSEKEEPER with a Government client – end of April/early May start!!!
- Where: Melbourne CBD location
- When: end of April/early May start
- Hours: Mon-Fri role
- Shifts: 07:00 – 15:00 daily some afternoon shifts maybe required as well, client can be flexible with work hours to a certain degree
- Pay rates: $32/hr ( Mon-Fri ) + Super, weekly pay
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support for the delivery of cleaning, upkeep and catering and hospitality services.
- Undertake hospitality and catering tasks such as cleaning and other relevant tasks as directed by the Services Manager.
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
- Ensure that rooms and buildings, bathrooms and other areas are presentable and in a clean state as per client standards.
- As required, support the delivery of events, operational needs and supervision of relevant contractors.
- Take pride in providing an excellent standard and hospitality services.
- Is resourceful, flexible and proactive in providing services.
- Demonstrates level of self-awareness and motivation.
- Ability to priorities activities, reviewing and adjusting as required.
- Follows and uses systems and procedures.

The following mandatory requirements needed:
- At least 2 years of local housekeeping experience in a 5-star hotel / private residence setting
- Current work rights in Australia
- Police Check within the last 12 months- if you don’t have one please let us know & we can provide you with a link to apply for one
- Uniform – Black shoes, black socks, black pants with black t-shirt – some uniform items will be provided
