Your new role
In your new role you will be required to engage with high-profile customers and report to the EMOS Operations Manager with duties not limited to:
- Manage the team roster covering both day and evening cleaning activities
- Conduct cleaning audits in accordance with the agreed schedule
- Communicate cleaning activities / access requirements with the customer
- Deliver specialised cleaning activities
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and consumables are provided / maintained
- Ensure the cleaning team are customer focused to deliver superior service
What you'll need to succeed
In order to success in this role you will need:
- Need to be an Australian Citizen
- Must hold a current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role with strong client service skills
- Significant cleaning and housekeeping industry experience
- Exposure to Microsoft Office suite
- Strong work ethic
