Quest Joondalup is a 90-room property located in Joondalup, Western Australia.

Quest Joondalup opened in 2019 and brings a new standard of Apartment Hotels for travellers visiting Perth’s Northern suburbs. Centrally positioned between the Joondalup Health Campus, Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre, Edith Cowan University and the beautiful Neil Hawkins Park. With easy access to freeways and public transport, Quest Joondalup is located near key attractions such as the HBF Arena, Hillary’s Boat Harbour, Mindarie Marina, Perth’s Aquarium AQWA, Wanneroo Botanical Gardens and some of Perth’s best beaches including Scarborough, Sorrento and Ocean Reef.

The Role - Housekeeper / Room Attendant

Quest Joondalup’s housekeepers are highly valued members of our team, and key to ensuring positive experiences for our guests and the overall success of the business.

In particular, the role involves providing housekeeping and Room Attendant services for apartments (studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments) and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand standards, and efficient operations based on occupancy demands and guest needs.

The Ideal Candidate

Will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a friendly customer service demeanor, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety.  An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key.

Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role ideally in a business environment is essential, and qualifications and prior experience in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.

Applicants must be willing to provide a current Police check (National Police Certificate) for employment purposes.
