About the role
Are you looking for variety in your work and hours to suit your lifestyle?
We are looking for individuals to work across our Housekeeping and Catering departments at St Luke's and St Vincent's Private Hospitals. We can offer a range of shits, ranging of day and night shifts in both departments.
The Catering department is responsible for safe food handling and timely delivery to patients. Our Housekeeping department maintains cleanliness of patient and non-patient areas to the required Calvary standards, carrying out required cleaning duties.
If you do not currently hold experience within both areas, but have the right attitude and interest in learning, we will provide you with the support and training required to fulfil your role.
Key Responsibilities
- To be pro‐active, professional and friendly in all aspects of service and customer interaction.
- Handle any customer complaint effectively and diplomatically to ensure the ultimate satisfaction of the customer.
- To ensure all health and safety hazards are reported immediately.
- To ensure hospital policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
