About the Role:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations across the designated cluster of properties, ensuring exceptionally high cleanliness standards, and playing a pivotal role in the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage housekeeping operations across the designated cluster of hotel properties.
• Develop, implement, and monitor housekeeping systems and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and manage the performance of the housekeeping team.
• Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maximum guest satisfaction.
• Manage housekeeping budgets and inventory across the group.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to uphold our superior standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a hotel/hospitality business.
• Strong leadership abilities and people management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment, chemical handling, and health & safety procedures.
• Familiarity with budgeting and inventory control procedures.
