Form of workLeisure Accommodation Collective (LACo) is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Leader to inspire and lead a great HK team in the nations capital. The Village Canberra is a popular property with international and local travelers, groups and those wanting a social/community accommodation experience in a fantastic location.
About you
As an experienced Housekeeping Leader in the hotel/hostel industry you will have:
- Housekeeping leadership experience at Supervisor or Team Leader level
- Flexibility and diversity to Lead a multi cultural team
- Teamwork with an opportunity to increase your weekly take home pay by working some weekends.
- Ability to build, rollout and tweak housekeeping procedures, scheduling and operations.
- Experience in operating an internal laundry
- Understand and use occupancy/ payroll metrics to manage within budget
- Impeccable leadership qualities, with the ability to develop an exceptional team.
- A complete understanding of productivity, the ability to implement new policies and procedures and a track record of working to budgets.
- A positive attitude with a vision to succeed.
