We now have opportunities for experienced, hands-on and detail orientated Housekeeping Supervisorto join us and support our friendly and hard-working Housekeeping Team to deliver exceptional quality and service and maintain our luxury experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
As a dedicated Housekeeping Leader you will be responsible for supporting the administration, organisation and supervision of the Housekeeping Department which includes Rooms, Public Areas, Laundry (Uniform & Guest) and Valet, ensuring the cleanliness, safety and absolute high quality of our guest rooms and public areas and a high level of guest service.
As our Housekeeping Supervisor you will support the Executive Housekeeper with the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department and lead by example to deliver a high level of service within allocated timeframes to ensure we are exceeding our guests’ expectations and delivering on our operational commitments.
Qualifications & Skills
Our Housekeeping Supervisor will be a true quality expert – passionate about quality in all forms, from the product, to the service, team and delivery! To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position/s at a luxury hotel and proven experience supervising teams to meet a level of high performance across cleanliness, productivity and operational commitments.
Other key attributes we are looking for include:
- Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and good problem-solving skills
- Tertiary Qualifications in Hospitality or equivalent experience
- Australian work rights
