Job Title: Room Attendant/Housekeeping Staff (Casual Employment)

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Room Attendants/Housekeeping Staff on a casual basis, offering 10-15 hours per week. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and properly disinfected.
3. Ensure all linens and towels are changed and replaced according to company standards.
4. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
5. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional housekeeping services or amenities.
6. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
7. Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
8. Follow established procedures for lost and found items.
9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
10. Provide exceptional customer service, striving to exceed guest expectations during every interaction.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
6. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
