Houseperson / Cleaner

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintaining a welcoming environment? Join our team at Corporate Keys as a Houseman - 3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday.  

Corporate Keys is a leading provider of fully furnished self-contained accommodation and boutique hotel stays in Southbank, bayside, and the inner south eastern suburbs.  With our planned growth for 2023/2024 we are seeking a Houseman to work with the team to ensure we can maintain our high level of service during the expansion phase. 

Responsibilities:

• Boutique Hotel Public Area Cleaning: Ensure a pristine and inviting atmosphere for guests by maintaining cleanliness in public areas.
• Storeroom Management: Efficiently organise storeroom supplies to support seamless daily operations.
• Van Washing and Restocking: Keep our transportation in top-notch condition by washing and restocking the van as needed.
• Basic Maintenance: Tackle minor maintenance tasks to uphold the overall functionality and appearance of the hotel
• Drop-Off Items: Assist with the timely drop-off of items as required, contributing to a smooth flow of operations.
• Stock Take: Conduct regular stock takes to monitor inventory levels and support efficient supply management.
• Assist in New Apartment Set Ups: Collaborate with the team to move furniture, hang pictures,  and set up new apartments.
• Perform ad hoc housekeeping duties in the rooms as required to meet business demands.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of home maintenance and appliance troubleshooting (to assist with information for trades assistance)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence is required.
