Housing Officer

• 6 month initial duration 
• Monday to Friday Roster
• Opportunity to work with our leading Mining Client

About the Position:
WorkPac are currently seeking a Housing Officer to work with our local Mining Client located close to Moranbah, QLD. This position is an initial 6-month duration, potential to extension, Monday to Friday roster.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Processing employee access forms for housing 
• Entry and exit inspections of housing
• Commencement of leases and documentation
• In office and on-field work required
• Process documentation and data input. 
• Understand and abide by confidential/sensitive information.

Skills and Experience: 
• A commitment to health, safety and environment responsibility. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CONSOLE experience required. 
• Driver's License
• Demonstrated experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Good Communication and work well within a team.
• Previous experience in property management or similar.
