We are currently advertising for 2 Roles within Byamee Proclaimed Place support.
1x role:
Tenancy intake officer (full time role)is responsible for the day to day provision of tenancy, property management, housing/ tenant needs. You will be responsible for property inspection, allocation of vacant property, conducting condition reports, coordinating leases and carrying out out-going procedures
. To be successful in the role, you will meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrate experience in providing client focused tenancy management services.
- Relevant skills and experience in working sensitively with a diverse client group with complex needs, including those who are in housing crisis.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn on the job in a face paced, rewarding role.
- A current driver’s license
- Be proficient in the Microsoft office suit, Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, whilst upholding the Byamee Proclaimed place values.
- Be able to work as part of a diverse team, while also being competent working independently.
- Good problem solving, time management and attention to detail.
- Conducting home visits to properties and managing the maintenance/ inspections of properties.
- Liaising with the community and other housing providers
- Demonstrate confidentiality of clients.
1x role:
Support / intake worker (negotiable)is responsible for intake of new clients as well as providing ongoing holistic support to the venerable client with assistance and referrals.
To be successful in the role, you will meet the following criteria:
- Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, whilst upholding the Byamee Proclaimed place values
- Good problem solving, time management and attention to detail.
- Be proficient in the Microsoft office suit, Word, Outlook and Excel
- A current driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn on the job in a face paced, rewarding role.
