We are currently seeking a tech-savvy HR Administration Officer to join our team and support our HR and Training functions.

Position Overview:

 The HR Administration Officer will manage on-boarding and off-boarding, assist with our LMS training platform, handle confidential information and coordinate training sessions. If you thrive on multitasking and have a knack for technology, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Oversee the off-boarding process, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Assist National Training Manager with the LMS training platform, including content upload and scheduling.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
  • Set up laptops and other necessary equipment for new hires.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR/Training -related systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Support development of HR/Training policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Administration or HR role, with a focus on project management.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly with HRIS systems, LMS platforms, and IT equipment setup.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Qualifications in Business Administration, HR, or a related field are preferred.
