We are currently seeking a tech-savvy HR Administration Officer to join our team and support our HR and Training functions.
Position Overview:
The HR Administration Officer will manage on-boarding and off-boarding, assist with our LMS training platform, handle confidential information and coordinate training sessions. If you thrive on multitasking and have a knack for technology, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Oversee the off-boarding process, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.
- Assist National Training Manager with the LMS training platform, including content upload and scheduling.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Set up laptops and other necessary equipment for new hires.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR/Training -related systems and tools.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Support development of HR/Training policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an Administration or HR role, with a focus on project management.
- Strong technical skills, particularly with HRIS systems, LMS platforms, and IT equipment setup.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Qualifications in Business Administration, HR, or a related field are preferred.
