About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Analyst to join our Docklands team on a full-time basis.

The primary focus of HR Business Analyst (Successfactors) is to partner with the HR team to enhance the HRIS system efficiently and effectively through the employment lifecycle to enable the business.

This role is critical in managing data uploads, supporting integrations, a true problem solver who resolves technical issues in conjunction with our North America support team. This role is critical in data analysis, managing regression testing and implementation, reviewing and actioning requests and performing system analyses and audits.

In addition, the role will provide insights into the latest system trends, patterns and other opportunities for improvements to the HR function and broader business users. This role is expected to be front facing, attending global calls/meetings to influence decision making at a global level and provide the Australian perspective.

What we are looking for: 

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar HR Business Analyst or HRIS related role with strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors and SF EC, ESS/MSS, Rec & Onb. LMS and Talent modules
  • Knowledge of the HR employment lifecycle
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced ability with MS Excel
  • Proficient in system data integrations
  • Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage competing demands.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation delivery.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced / dynamic environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
