The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Driver / Loader Operator to join our team in Tomago to assist with the day-to-day activities within our Asphalt production facility.
The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including D&A screening and is expected to have at a minimum but not limited to the following skills and attributes:
Key responsibilities include:
- Stockpile management
- Ensuring quality of asphalt product to specifications
- Participate in risk management and hazard identification processes in conjunction with the SSO
- Undertake site inspections for safety, quality, and environment
- Day-to-day administration of the Asphalt Plant including stock control of raw materials
- General yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance, along with the safe operation of a front-end loader
- Experience operating a screener (preferred)

**Must be available for night and weekend work, as well as regular overtime depending on production demands and requirements**
Highly Desired Attributes:
- Understanding of bitumen and bitumen-based products
- Previous experience in asphalt production role
- Previous experience operating a bobcat
- Familiarity with LOTO (lock out tag out)
- Confined space
- Forklift license
- First aid
- EWP
- Working at heights
