The Role

We are seeking to appoint a Human Resources Specialist to join our People and Culture team. The HR Specialist will assess and anticipate workforce needs and build collaborative partnerships across the organisation. Driving culture and wellness across the organisation, the HR Specialist will advise and support management and employees across a wide range of functionalities.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant experience in Human Resources roles in a service delivery workforce
  • Demonstrated experience implementing a range of contemporary HR initiatives and practices
  • Understanding and management of a broad range of Industrial Relations matters
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders. 
  • A solutions focused attitude that you apply to all areas of the role
