HR Systems Coordinator

About the Role:
The primary role of the HR Systems Coordinator is to be the first point of contact for those that need support using our various HR Systems. You will provide expert guidance to assist users in utilising our HR systems to their full capacity, ensure systems respond to changing business needs and comply with government requirements, while also maintaining data integrity for efficient service delivery.

Monday to Friday – 37.5 hour work week.
*Team of highly professional HR individuals with long tenure in the Archdiocese

Key Responsibilities:
Systems Administration

  • Maintain systems for business needs and compliance with government requirements.
  • Test new releases and identify issues to ensure operational stability.
  • Recommend and implement system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external units to improve system integration.
  • Manage user accounts and access rights according to best practices.
  • Ensure successful data import/export and rectify errors.
  • Prepare and analyze reports for accurate data and trend identification.
  • Commit to continuous improvement and innovation.
Training
  • Build relationships with system users and address their needs.
  • Teach and coach system users.
  • Develop and update documentation and training materials.
  • Provide training on system use across a range of internal systems (HR Onboarding, Auriorn, Referoo, JobAdder)
  • Ensure accurate data entry and compliance.
  • Train employees on system changes.
About you:
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficient in documenting system configurations and processing information accurately.
  • Skilled in planning and managing activities within specified timeframes, ensuring efficient project completion.
  • Capable of providing clear direction, support, and guidance to system users.
  • Possesses sound decision-making abilities, adept at conflict resolution and problem-solving.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experienced in training or systems administration roles in previous positions.
  • Experienced in thriving within a small team environment, demonstrating reliability in managing workload, time, and commitments.
