Join us as our new Corporate HR Advisor (HR Tech Consultant)

DOF are strengthening the Corporate HR function to provide strategic guidance and support across the group functions and business segments. Our goal is to enhance our global service delivery and become an agile HR team continuously developing the DOF culture and our organizational capabilities.

In DOF we are currently working on a number of digitization initiatives to support our business processes more efficiently. This includes projects to establish and support our HR and Crewing processes, as well as building a global data platform to enable and support HR analytics across the company. We are ambitious to utilize these technology initiatives to establish leading practice processes across the group, supported by modern technology platforms. In addition, we are also looking to drive valuable insight and support business decisions by making relevant HR data easily available. The HR Tech Consultant will take on an important global role in these initiatives. Initially the position will be included on the project team, and at later stages transitioning into supporting continuous improvement and development. Throughout the process there will be a specific focus to support the global organization on HR analytics.

Our HR Tech Consultant will have primary focus in HR processes and supporting systems as well as HR analytics. The position will be central for the consolidation of HR and Crewing systems across the Group and act as a key resource for HR data analysis and systems management. This role will work closely with the global and local HR teams.

Requirements
  • University Degree or Diploma in HR tech, Business Administration, Finance and controlling or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR analytics, controlling, analysis, or data processing
  • Sound understanding of key HR processes
  • Experience with supporting HR transformation projects, such as HR process improvement /documentation or People Analytics will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience in HR technology or as a consultant in the field. Experience with supporting implementation of HR technology, such as Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle, Jira, SuccessFactors, or Microsoft, will be considered as an advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, analytical, structured, service minded and keen to take an active part in developing the global HR team
  • Technically savvy with advanced level computer skills, including but not limited to: Microsoft 365; including SharePoint, advanced Excel (& PBI)
