HR Tilt Tray Driver (Employee) or Tilt Tray Owner Driver

Geelong Transport is looking for new HR Company Drivers to join the team or Tilt Tray Owner Drivers that own their Tilt Tray to join the team in providing a safe, prompt, and reliable transport service to our growing customer base.

Geelong Transport are looking for safety focused Company Tilt Tray Drivers with a HR licence or Tilt Tray Owner Drivers with their own Tilt Tray to join our team in Geelong, Werribee, Melbourne & Regional Victoria. 

The successful candidate will be provided comprehensive ongoing training in the operation of Tilt Tray trucks, loading, load restraint and the transportation of access and earthmoving equipment.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

• First and Foremost, provide exceptional customer service everyday to our customers.
• Responsibility for the safe operations of Tilt Tray, completing daily deliveries and collection of access and earthmoving equipment. 
• Securing and restraining equipment in a safe manner
• Carrying out vehicle pre-start checks
• Transporting equipment in a safe manner to and from client sites

The successful candidate will ideally have the following: 

• Valid HR, HC, or MC licence
• Previous experience operating Tilt Trays would be great however we will provide ongoing training for the right candidate.
• Demonstrated experience with loading, unloading and load restraint of equipment/machinery.
• Accredited forklift ticket
• MSIC card advantageous
• EWP ticket advantageous however willing to train the right applicant.
• Safe driving record and a commitment to maintain a safe work culture.
• Have a positive and energetic attitude and be available to work Monday to Friday from 5.30AM until 5PM.
• Your own Tilt Tray (if you are looking to become an Owner Driver)
