Form of work people2people are currently looking an experienced HR Advisor to work with a busy government department in Central Sydney.
This role is based in Surry Hills and is 5 days in office, this is an initial 3 month temporary assignment with the potential to extend.
This role is open to both visa holders and Australian Citizens.
Experience required:
Tertiary qualifications in the discipline of business, human resources, organisation development or other relevant area and/or experience delivering the full breadth of operational human resources services within a busy service delivery environment.
Experience interpreting and applying award and policy frameworks in the provision of services and advice to managers and staff.
Experience in developing and communicating documents and processes to implement a range of workforce policies, projects and services.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders including senior leaders, managers and staff.
Ability to think and solve problems, plan and prioritise, and deliver results within a busy service delivery context, with multiple industrial instruments and policies, and conflicting operational priorities.
A successful candidate must have experience with performance management of employees.
This role can pay $45 - $50 ph pending experience.
