The Role
As the HSE Coordinator you will report directly to the General Manager of Health Safety and Environment, ensuring the workplace complies with health, safety and environmental regulations and standards. Playing a pivotal role in supporting the HSE function team with excellent administration and coordination skills.
This position will be a fixed term contract, covering 12-18 months parental leave.

Responsibilities include:
Supporting the HSE Systems Manager in providing governance and reporting
Assisting with the preparation of reporting including managing statistics.
Developing and maintaining systems that demonstrate HSE performance
Providing all round administrative support to the HSE Function.
Manage PPE requirements for all onsite personnel.
Assisting with coordination of training requirements.
Managing and planning events for the HSE Function.
Designing and producing presentations.
Coordinating site tours and vehicles for visitors.
You'll Bring To The Team:
Candidates should possess prior experience in health and safety administration, coupled with a keen interest in progressing within the field of HSE. Essential requirements include a thorough grasp of existing health and safety laws, protocols, procedures, and best practices, alongside the capability to foster robust professional connections. Strong communication and interpersonal aptitude are crucial, facilitating effective engagement with stakeholders across various tiers. Moreover, adeptness in handling concurrent tasks and meeting deadlines within dynamic settings is imperative.
