The HSE Coordinator, RTS is responsible for coordinating subcontractor audit and assurance program and supporting Comply Flow system administration.
This role is responsible for identifying and maintaining a current database of carriers and coordinating audit and assurance processes in an agreed order based on risk. The HSE Coordinator, RTS shall manage the application and assessment of the subcontractors self-assessment program and coordinate the external audit schedule managed through the Toll TRAC system.
This role shall also provide practical advice to all users of the Comply Flow to assist operations progress carriers through the system in a timely manner and improve our performance and culture of compliance in line with the Toll values.
Through accurate record keeping and leveraging off the reporting functionality of TRAC & Comply Flow, the HSE Coordinator, RTS will coordinate regular reports on system implementation and subcontractor progress in line with the timelines defined by Toll leadership.
Some of your responsibilities might include:
Identify all current subcontractors in the network and using information available through Comply Flow and other sources, profile them using the approved model and coordinate application of the audit and assurance requirements of the Toll Road Freight Subcontractor Management Procedure
Act as systems administrator for the Comply Flow road freight subcontractor pre-qualification system.
Track and support subcontractor progress through the audit and assurance and pre-qualification systems in line with the Toll Road Freight Subcontractor Management Procedure and Comply Flow implementation guide
Review and approve subcontractor responses to audit and assurance activities in accordance with guidance information.
Complete routine reports for site leadership showing system implementation and subcontractor status against implementation milestones
About you:
2+ years practical experience in assurance, analyst or system administration role with an understanding of HSE or Road Transport compliance.
Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and / or other relevant discipline
Internal Auditor qualifications - IRCA, Exemplar Global or equivalent (desirable)
Experience in relationship management of both internal clients (operations) and external stakeholders (subcontractors).
Prior experience in managing or participating in third party audits and corrective action planning.
Knowledge of Heavy Vehicle National Law, Chain of Responsibility, and the Australian Master Code of Practice under the HVNL,
