AddressGreenLeaf Consultancy Support Services and Your Learning Portal are a local South Australian businesses who provide a range of support services and training to clients in disability and aged care.
Our friendly office team are seeking applications for the role of Human Resources Compliance Team Member (Permanent Part Time). The role will provide all HR compliance and administration support to the businesses such as recruitment, onboarding and ongoing compliance.
The role will report to the Chief Operating Officer and requires the individual to be highly organised, proactive and is able take ownership for all HR compliance and administration functions for the businesses.
About you:
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail/data entry skills
- Previous experience in Human Resources or recruitment is highly regarded
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Clear written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work as a collaborative team member
- Able to liaise with and maintain positive working relationships with staff
The Terms and Conditions
- The role to start with will work three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 0900 – 1500) with strong potential for growth.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per government guidelines (three doses)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance/or Valid DHS Child Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Clearance
