Through the delivery of high-quality human resource policies, procedures, and systems, we provide advice and support to staff and managers on pay, leave, benefits, professional development, equity, diversity, recruitment and health and safety.About the RoleAs the People & Culture Advisor, you will be located at our idyllic Bedford Park Campus and be the first point of contact for College/Portfolio in the provision of HR advice and for responding to queries on the Enterprise Agreement and associated policies and procedures.With direction from the Senior/P&C Business Partner, you will be required to develop, implement, and manage a broad range of HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the improvement of P&C service delivery.Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:Provide responsive, sound advice to College/Portfolios staff in on a wide range of P&C matters ensuring that Enterprise Agreement, policies, and procedures are consistently adhered to.Support leaders with vacancy management processes in preparation for recruitment and contract administration processes in close collaboration with the Employment Services and Recruitment Team, including delivering effective guidance and support in the management of operational issues that impact on staff resources and recruitment.Initiate and action processes in workday as required as part of the workflow and provide education and support to managers and leaders in relation to the workday system.Support the Senior/P&C Business Partner with case management activities as required.Provide support in classification/reclassification activities or review of new or changed positions in line with the Classification Procedure and Enterprise Agreement.About YouAs the successful candidate, you are a driven individual and possess excellent time-management skills.You can prioritise and manage P&C related enquiries by phone, email and in person.
