HVAC Commissioning/NATA Technician

Flowtech WA are currently recruiting enthusiastic, hard working technicians with experience in the HVAC industry to join our testing and NATA validation team in Perth, due to the growth of our business. We are a close knit team and highly value each individual by providing a flexible and friendly work environment.
Flowtech WA is a privately owned company that is able to assist with all HVAC/NATA validation requirements. Our technicians are highly experienced and have been trained both within Australia and Internationally. We specialise in the following core services.

• Independent Testing and Balancing
• Clean Room and Clinical Validation
• Building and Duct Pressure Testing
• Pipework Flushing and Cleaning
• Dilapidation Reporting and Re-commissioning
• HEPA Filter Installation and Testing
• Fume Cabinet Validations

The roles will entail the following:

• Working onsite assisting with the commissioning of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) projects.
• Reviewing HVAC drawings, preparing test reports and commissioning plans.
• Reviewing specifications and delivering test data in accordance with specification requirements.
• Fault finding & problem solving.
• Technical report writing.
• Clean room validation, HEPA filter installation and testing and fume cupboard validations
• Essential service testing

Preferred Experience & Criteria

• Construction Induction Card
• Electrical or HVAC experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication including technical report writing skills.
• Ability to read & technically review HVAC drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficient in the MS Office suite of software.
• Valid Driver's License.

Successful candidates will be provided with a company vehicle with fuel card or vehicle allowance, uniforms, laptop and phone. All training will be provided to the right candidate, via onsite and external training. Work hours are flexible, generally between 6am to 4:30pm including an RDO every 4 weeks. There may be occasional overtime and weekend work.
