HVAC Electrician (Dual Trade)

Grosvenor are a leader in technical asset management within the commercial space, maintaining and servicing Fire, HVAC, Electrical and other systems for our vast range of clients nationally. 

Due to a continued growth, we’re on the lookout for the top talent Electricians to work in our South East QLD team. You’ll build long lasting relationships with our customers by using your skills to diagnose faults and provide solutions! 

The Role:

• Specialise in the maintenance, service, Installations (Both HVAC and Electrical), and repairs across a range of commercial sites including Resorts, Office Parks, Retail, Aged Care, Health, tertiary education and defence bases.
• Work across a range of electrical systems including New installations of HVAC/Mechanical systems, BMS/Controls wiring, Variable Speed Drives and Fault finding where required.
• Attend breakdowns and provide installations when needed.
• Ensure the continuation of existing service contracts whilst capitalizing on repairs, refurbs and new business opportunities.
• Engage in a range of tasks including wiring, maintenance, and installation

Selection Criteria:

• Your trade qualification – Cert III in Electrotechnology and Full electrical licence as well as Cert III in AC and Refrigeration
• Hands on experience with electrical repairs, emergency breakdowns, maintenance, and installations within a commercial space. On Mechanical Electrical controls and components. 
• Current OHS/WHS Construction induction card and Current Driver’s licence
• Confidence with computers and software
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, professional attitude and great personal presentation
• Curiosity – someone who enjoys autonomy as well as working within a team, and a proactive self-starter
• Proven ability to achieve targets while maintaining focus on quality and safety
