The applicant must have a good understanding in the following areas:
- Ductwork
- Air conditioning units
- Understanding mechanical shop drawings
- Flex Ducting
- Pipework
- Refrigeration systems (VRF & VRF)
- CHW & HHW Systems
- Valve set ups
- Heating
- Gas lines
- Gas servicing
- Gas heating
- Maintenance
- Fans
- Kitchen exhaust systems
The successful applicant is to have the following skills and experience as a minimum:
- A good understanding of HVAC-R in the commercial sector as a Mechanical Plumber.
- Ability to be able to run projects
- Worked with gas lines.
- Keen to build their knowledge
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and friendly attitude towards work and others
- Reliable and punctual
- Plumbing tickets (registered or licensed)
- Current Drivers licence
- Work well within a team, as well as independently
- Ability to take instruction from senior staff
- Able to adapt within different roles within the company
