The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in servicing commercial HVAC systems, with a strong emphasis on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Install and commission new HVAC equipment as required.
- Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
- Australian citizen or resident with full work rights
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial HVAC servicing is preferred.
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid NSW Driver's Licence
- Ability to work flexible hours but mainly Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
