This opportunity will suit a candidate with the following:
1. An understanding of hydraulic systems inclusive of:
- Fixed Displacement systems
- Closed Loop Hydraulic Transmission
- Pressure & Flow Compensated (Load Sense)
- Electro Proportional hydraulic control
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic schematic drawings
2. Basic machining experience (lathe and milling machine)
3. Basic welding experience (Stick & MIG)
4. A good eye for detail
5. Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise
6. Ability to work unsupervised
7. Willingness to work remote occasionally (mines & oil rigs)
