This is a brand new position in a growing state for a full time Hygiene Technician. 

This position is responsible for providing the day-to-day servicing of washroom hygiene services and products at IKON sites in the greater Adelaide area.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct the installation and servicing of equipment (including but not limited to Hygiene or Washroom Services, which include sanitary & nappy waste, Sharps & Clinical Waste, Soap & Hand Sanitiser, First Aid equipment & consumables
  • Conduct work in accordance with safe work policies and procedures and within required timeframes
  • Condition reports of assets on site 
  • Ad-hoc Service Reports as requested by client
  • Ensuring all work is completed on daily schedules
  • Monthly Stock-take
  • Daily update on wastage
  • Ensure company and employee compliance to all OHSE policy, procedures, and training initiatives in liaison with OHSE and Risk Compliance Manager
  • Participate in any ongoing OHS & WH&S training provided by IKON
  • Travel to regional SA

HOURS OF WORK: 

Hours range between 8am - 4.06pm, Monday to Friday (some flexibility required) 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 1 year hygiene experience 
  • Positive, ‘can do’ attitude
  • Be reliable, punctual and have great communication skills 
  • Ability to complete manual handling tasks
  • Strong customer service focus & attention to detail
  • A valid Australia Driver’s License (essential)
