About HYPOXI
HYPOXI is a low impact exercise method that can be three times more effective at burning stubborn fat. Using vacuum and compression technology HYPOXI can help people with injuries, taking their first step in their health and fitness journey or wanting to maximise/fast track results.
About the Role
Working as a team a HYPOXI coach is responsible for promoting the HYPOXI-Method through coaching to achieve outstanding results for clients and the studio.
Main roles include but are not limited to:
- Provide a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations at all times.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports are submitted within the time frames required.
- Be proactive and assist Studio Manager to exceed the studio sales budget on a monthly basis.
- Ensure that all personal information of a customer is kept secure, private and confidential.
- Carry out duties provided by the Club Manager or management.
- Have availability in evenings and rotating Saturdays due to client demands
About You
- You are an innovative woman who is passionate, customer-focused, highly motivated and skilled.
- Have a hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build a strong team atmosphere.
- Availability of early mornings and evenings throughout the week.
Skills & Experience
- Proven retail, service or sales experience.
