About the opportunity
The Training Coordinator role is responsible for assisting in development, implementation, monitoring and improvement of our Company Training and Development Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our Company to evaluate employee performance against job competency framework, identifying training gaps for improvement.
- Facilitate employee training programs across company employee lifecycle, via best internal or external methods.
- Assist and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, on project start up training requirement needs and delivery.
- Oversee training documents and records, working with teams to ensure training document control and quality standards are maintained.
- Assist with ongoing development on training reports, processes, and LMS systems.
- Respond to training queries and feedback on program course delivery.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, (minimum requirement).
- Previous experience working in training, coordinating programs.
- Ability to work with all stakeholders in building and maintaining training frameworks.
- Advanced administrative skillset on Microsoft suite and relevant industry systems.
- Demonstrate an open and solution focused mindset to continuous improvement and business sustainability.
