About the company: Our client is a Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Our client is looking for an experience workforce scheduler and project management specialist to join them for a 12 month temporary assignment.
About the role:
- Working with various stakeholders across the organisation to develop comprehensive program and project schedules
- Working closely with project teams, and assist with setting realistic schedules and plans
- Use of scheduling tools to meet project and program timelines
- Resourcing planning and analysis
- Review and update workforce schedules and resource availability
- Risk identification and mitigation
About you:
- You will have experience working in a project management environment
- You will have experience creating schedules and managing resourcing constraints in a large organisation
- You will strong stakeholder engagement experience
- You will ideally ahve experience of MS Project, Clarizen or Jira
- You will ideally have experience of working on change or business improvement projects
