Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Proven 2 years experience as an ICT Engineer or similar role, demonstrating compliance with ANZSCO standards. 
• Solid understanding of networking, server administration, and security protocols. 
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 

• Analyzing user requirements and designing functional specifications for ICT systems. 
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software components of ICT systems, ensuring alignment with ANZSCO standards. 
• Managing network infrastructure, servers, and security systems, optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity. 
• Conducting regular testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve ICT issues promptly. 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of ICT systems with business processes. 
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance ICT system reliability and security. 
• Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending upgrades or modifications to existing systems. 
• Providing technical support and training to end-users on ICT systems and applications. 
• Log and resolve incidents and requests, and manage IT outages and disruptions.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect network systems and data. 
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular security assessments and recommend improvements.
