AddressRole: IDAM Architect with SAP or Workday Experience
Desired Experience Range: 10+ years of overall IT industry experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in MS PKI.
Desired Competencies (Technical Skillset/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
1. Architecture experience along with expertise in workday from implementations point and to analyse impact analysis on sailpoint IDN context as it going to replace SAP HCM in the context of authoritative source.
2. Knowledge of sap HCM to oversee workday implementation so all IDN-related functions can work like before.
3. Analyse and suggest what impact and changes are needed when the authoritative source migrates from SAP HCM to workday like impact on Joiner, mover, leaver or any other functionality implemented in sailpoint IDN.
4. Need to interact with the customer understand the gaps and come up with the strategic solutions to get them approved and implemented.
5. Actively participates with the service owners and the core group to take over the ongoing pipeline project from the Architects perspective.
6. Excellent communication skills and good exposure or knowledge of IGA tools like Sailpoint IDN, Saviynt, IPS, etc.
