Our front end team are looking for new members to continue to provide the warm, friendly and efficient customer service that we are recognised for. We pride ourselves on our customer interaction where everyone is served by a team member- no self serve checkouts.
Tasks of this position include greeting customers and processing their sale at the checkout, assisting customers with queries and directing them to the relevant team member, stock replenishment and general cleaning.
Potential employees will need to be available Monday-Friday 12pm-4pm, however, the position is not limited to this, as additional rostered hours are available and flexible. While previous experience in retail or customer service is an excellent bonus, we also encourage applicants who enjoy human interaction and brightening someone's day. All training will be provided.
