About you:

• Significant training experience with knowledge of the design, development, implementation delivery and evaluation of training to customer training requirements.
• Complete understanding of and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts, within the training domain.
• Ability to follow through and investigate issues with a thorough, methodical approach with proven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt and think creatively with outstanding communication and writing skills.

Special Requirements:
As a NV1 security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian Citizens to be eligible and maintain this level of security clearance.
Your responsibilities will include:
You'll join our ILS Training team, developing Training for the Mission and Support System; from training concepts and building training materials and aids, developing training standards and drafting training support plans.

• Developing ILS Training Plans and Reports in accordance with ASDEFCON and project needs
• Leading the development and maintenance of project processes, procedures, and training
• Working closely with Engineering, Operations and Support, and the CoA to develop and maintain all Training programs, products and services
• Analysis, Design and Development of Training and the various SADL requirements
• Conducting Training Working Groups and providing support to Trainers and ILS staff
• Developing and coordinating training activities
• Identifying opportunities for Training Development and Delivery Improvements and providing recommendations
