Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on a range of immigration matters, and offering strategic and commercial solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters, including visas, citizenship, and appeals.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of complex immigration issues.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes to immigration laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit legal documents, petitions, and applications on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients in immigration hearings, tribunals, and appeals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Admission to the Australian legal practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Immigration Lawyer.
• Excellent knowledge of Australian immigration laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
