As a result of our rapid growth rate, currently exceeding 300% per year, we are seeking exceptional individuals to join our dynamic and high-performing team. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about renewable energy and possess excellent sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess their solar needs and educate them on the benefits of solar energy.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and proposals based on individual customer requirements and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and maintain an ongoing pipeline of customers, including updating internal CRM software and providing outcomes of all customer touchpoints. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and government incentives to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • A genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
