As an important member of the Drakes Little Kitchen Team, you will:
- Coordinate the preparation and create ready to eat meals
- Contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the supermarket kitchen
- Ensure correct food handling procedures are always followed
- Display your meal creations in a way that resembles your genuine love for food
- Be a reliable and punctual team player
Working as part of an enthusiastic team, you will possess the following:
- A minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- The ability to operate commercial cooking equipment
- Excellent time management & ability to work under pressure
- An understanding of HACCP Food Safety Standards
- Experience in ordering stock
- Ability to accurately and efficiently follow systems & recipes
