Inbound Call Center Operators

With a strong dedication to environmental stewardship, we are looking for a resilient and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Call Center Customer Service Officer.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Assist customers with product information, service-related queries, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
• Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a Call Center environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
