Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Assist customers with product information, service-related queries, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
- Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a Call Center environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
