Position Overview:

As an Internal Phone Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers harness the power of solar energy. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls in conjunction with making calls to customers who have pre-booked consultations to discuss solar options.
• Building strong relationships with customers over the phone and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Tailoring our solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
• Offering our products which include Solar PV, Batteries, EV Chargers and Hot Water Heat Pumps!
• Providing unbiased recommendations and information to help customers make informed decisions.
• Meeting Monthly targets and earning very rewarding incentives based on your performance.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should:

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated, goal oriented and driven to meet targets.
• Enjoy talking with a range of clients over the phone.
• Ideally have previous experience in the solar industry or a related field, enabling you to provide expert advice and tailored solutions.
• Be adaptable and able to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
