The Opportunity
We have a currently have an opportunity for an experienced Inbound Supply and Inventory Manager to be a key player in our Consumer Healthcare team. As a crucial part of our success, you'll be reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, ensuring optimal inventory health and the streamlined performance of inbound warehousing functions.
In this results-focused role key accountabilities include:
- Ensuring operational excellence whilst overseeing daily inventory functions in the ANZ 3PL/4PL warehouse and efficient inbound and outbound stock movements.
- Cost optimisation including cost-effective demand options and optimising shipper and pallet usage.
- Ongoing stakeholder engagement to cultivate positive relationships with key 3PL/4PL partners and internal iNova stakeholders.
- People management of two direct reports including leading, coaching and engaging team members.
This position is a senior position within the Demand and Supply Team where effective leadership and stakeholder engagement will form a critical part of the success of the role.
About You
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in effective Inbound Supply and Inventory management, ideally gained within FMCG or healthcare environments.
- Excellent knowledge of MS applications, ERP systems, and/or APICs-related knowledge.
- The ability to cultivate high level internal/external stakeholder engagement experience at a senior level.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Results-focused mindset, delivering against deadlines, and effective prioritization.
- Previous people management experience.
