We are looking for people who are passionate about supporting Indigenous and remote communities and strive to help people to achieve their financial goals.
The Indigenous Connections team are dedicated to high-quality conversations servicing the everyday banking needs of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and Remote Community customers.
As an Indigenous Connection Banker you will provide service on everyday banking enquiries from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers. You will build genuine personal connections with your customers by connecting with sensitivity, respect and compassion.

- 1-2 years experience in a customer centric company or role.
- A genuine desire to support Indigenous customers.
- Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the complex cultural protocols of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- A true desire to help our customers meet their financial goals.
- Ability to drive deep and enduring customer relationships and build long term relationships with referral and business partners.
