We offer Indigenous Australians a pathway from the community to our operations through a fully supported Indigenous Employment Program. We are seeking expressions of interest for enthusiastic and dedicated Indigenous persons who are looking for that next opportunity in Mount Isa. Applicant details will be kept on file and reviewed ongoing for current and future programs. Our program provides a work-readiness component and entry-level operational skills for the participants as well as tailored personal development. Participants receive ongoing support through each stage of the program, including mentorship from fellow Indigenous workers. The Program is designed to allow participants to take ownership and responsibility, ultimately working towards securing sustainable employment. Upon completion of the program, participants may be selected to progress into full-time employment within the resources industry within our company.
