Are you seeking an exciting opportunity in the printing industry? Look no further! We have an opportunity for a skilled Indigo Operator, to join a well-established print production company in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
The successful candidate will have experience operating Indigo sheetfed presses, or experienced Offset / Digital printers who will be provided training by the current operator. This is a full-time permanent position, with flexible starting times (6am or 8am).
The Role:
- Operate Indigo sheetfed printing press efficiently and safely.
- Monitor print jobs to ensure quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during printing process.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the press.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
The Person & Skills Required:
- Preference for an experienced Indigo Operator
- Consideration for experienced Offset or Digital Printers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
