Industrial Relations Specialist

people2people are recruiting an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Relations (IR) Specialist to work for a State Government Department within the Education space. This is a 6 month fixed-term contract, with an immediate start for the right candidate. Located in Dandenong 3175, offering hybrid arrangements after training.Duties:

• Provide IR advice and support to managers and leadership teams
• End to end case management of IR
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislative obligations
• Meeting with unions and their representatives

About you:

• Experience in IR and case management
• Experience working within State Government is not essential but highly regarded
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Must have a WWCC or be willing to obtain
• Must have a valid police check or be willing to obtain
